Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to assist the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring quality food, a clean environment, and a safe, efficient guest experience. You will hire, train, supervise, and develop a Great People team prepared to deliver a SuperSONIC experience to every guest.

During shifts, you will motivate staff, set clear expectations, provide feedback, and maintain a high-energy, positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication abilities required to manage a team.
• Ability to inspire and coach staff to deliver a great guest experience.
• Proven multitasking, time management and prioritization under pressure.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and reading skills for day-to-day operations.
