5149 Jersey Mike's Grayson is seeking a Shift Leader to coach staff in providing excellent customer service and producing high-quality food. The ideal candidate will manage a crew of 2 to 5 team members, focus on maintaining cleanliness, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Applicants must have a high school degree, at least 1 year of QSR experience, and be 18 or older to operate the slicer. Reliable transportation is necessary for this role that requires working 38–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year of experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Must be at least 18 years old to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler is required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
