CVS Health Corporation in Amesbury, MA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team, drive store execution and foster exceptional customer service. When a manager is not onsite, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly, a pay range of $17.00-$26.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsabilités

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew and communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain stock and merchandise and price merchandise.
• Execute displays and promotions and reset departments as needed.
