Job summary

CVS Health in Glassboro, NJ is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. You will lead the staff when managers are absent and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory skills, and the ability to work early morning, overnight and weekend shifts. The pay range is $17.92 to $26.92 per hour, with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture
• Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
• Stock shelves, price merchandise and ensure displays meet weekly promos and seasonal plans
