Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Concord, NC is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution with a strong focus on customer service. You will lead the team in the manager's absence and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

You’ll supervise the crew, manage merchandise, assist customers, and maintain program standards while upholding confidentiality and quality. This role offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and supervise operations when a manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to ensure execution of tasks.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory including weekly, promotional and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) to maintain store presentation.
