Job summary

CVS Health in Richmond, TX is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations when managers are not onsite. You will lead team members, ensure opening and closing procedures, and uphold CVS customer service standards.

You will work 29 hours weekly with a pay range of $16.50 to $24.00 per hour, and participate in a benefits-eligible program. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to adapt to early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays, sign and inventory per planograms.
• Reset departments following planograms.
