Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor for CVS Pharmacy in Rhode Island. This part-time role supports the Store Management team, leading staff when a manager is not onsite and ensuring smooth operations and customer service.

You will supervise crew, handle opening/closing, assist customers, manage merchandise presentation, and maintain a positive shopping experience. Flexible schedule required including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager/Operations Supervisor and ensure execution of opening/closing procedures.

• Assist customers, resolve questions, problems and complaints per policy.
• Handle merchandise presentation, pricing, stock, displays and seasonal rotations.
