Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations, assist customers, and support management in daily execution. The role includes supervising staff, handling opening/closing tasks, and ensuring excellent service.

The position is full-time with a 40-hour workweek and a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO and retirement options; location is CVS/pharmacy in Reading, PA, with a focus on safety and quality in every task.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store staff and coordinate opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers and resolve inquiries to uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Maintain presentation, pricing and stock levels across departments.
• Ensure confidentiality and comply with company policies.
