Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and lead store staff in the absence of management. You will ensure store operations run smoothly and uphold high customer service standards, including handling inquiries and complaints and maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires flexible scheduling, including early mornings, overnights and weekends. It offers full-time hours with a comprehensive benefits package and location-based pay considerations.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Supervise the store staff by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms.
