CVS Health in East Greenwich, RI is hiring a Shift Supervisor responsible for supporting the Store Management team and driving store execution while delivering excellent customer service.

When managers are not on site, the Shift Supervisor leads staff, completes opening and closing procedures, and helps ensure a positive shopping experience for every CVS customer.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crew through directing and following up activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain store presentation and merchandise displays.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Protect customer confidentiality and adhere to policy.
