CVS Health in Cranston, Rhode Island, is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. The role leads staff when managers are not onsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and supervisory skills, can work early mornings, overnights, and weekends, and is committed to a safe, quality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew by directing, following up and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments after planograms and maintain merchandise presentation.
