Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Agawam, MA to support store management and drive store execution with a focus on exceptional customer service. You will lead staff during openings and closings when managers are unavailable, ensuring tasks are completed and operations run smoothly.

In this role you will supervise a team, assist customers, merchandise effectively, and uphold CVS’s reputable service culture. A flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and manage operations in the absence of a manager.
• Assist customers and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and reset departments per planograms.
