Job summary

CVS Health in Westport, MA is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are not on site, you lead the store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately and safely.

You will supervise crew, assist customers with questions, maintain shelves and merchandising, and help uphold CVS’s service standards while promoting a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management and supervise crews; ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist customers with questions and promote CVS customer service culture; maintain confidentiality as needed.
• Price, stock and merchandise presentation; maintain displays and reset departments per planogram.
