CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store teams and support management in daily operations at a CVS/pharmacy location in Pennsylvania. You will guide staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and uphold excellent customer service to build loyalty.

Key duties include supervising crew, assisting customers, merchandising, and maintaining displays. A high school diploma is preferred; flexibility for early shifts, overnights, weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Supervise store crews and assist store management to drive store execution.
• Handle customer service and resolve customer issues maintaining CVS customer service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays and seasonal/promotional merchandise.
