CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Ambler, PA to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. When managers are not onsite, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer questions, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring a positive CVS customer experience. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.
• Strong deductive reasoning, analytical thinking and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to maintain operations.
