Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Media, PA to support store management and drive store execution. You will lead staff when the manager is unavailable, ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, and uphold excellent customer service to build loyalty.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and handle relations per company policy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, set up displays, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandising.
• Reset departments following planograms
