Job summary

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, manage team members, and uphold Freddy's hospitality standards. You will oversee shift activities, ensure food safety, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, cash accountability, and computer skills, including Excel. We offer a dynamic culture, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or similar level of education preferred.
• Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Leadership and management skills.
• Cash accountability and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lead by example and provide excellent guest service.
• Knowledgeable of and follows all health code requirements.
• Servsafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with daily tasks, assigning duties and communicating expectations.
• Ensure adherence to Freddy's standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness.
• Manage cash accountability and operate computer systems (e.g., Excel).
• Lead shifts, prepare food and frozen custard items with pride and urgency.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and perform side duties.
• Engage with guests, seek feedback, and provide outstanding hospitality.
• Follow health code requirements for food safety and personal hygiene.
• Complete Freddy's training materials and specifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
