Job summary

MOD Restaurants is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew in preparing pizzas and salads with a focus on guest experience and social impact. You will model service mindset, mentor teammates, and ensure consistent operations on shift.

As part of the Restaurants Leadership team, you’ll direct tasks, uphold MOD values, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every guest feels at home and each team member grows professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate front-line staff.
• Ability to lead with strategic thinking while staying calm in busy operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and service mindset through leadership
• Help create a MOD vibe that customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain energy and positivity on shift
• Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in store tasks
• Demonstrate knowledge of Operational Standards and resources
• Partner with General Manager to engage the restaurant board community
