Job summary

CVS Pharmacy in Michigan is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution with a focus on customer service.

In the absence of a manager on site, you lead staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, price and stock merchandise, and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.

This role requires flexible hours including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with base pay between $16.50 and $24.00 per hour and eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, offer help, and thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventories for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
