Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
• Direct and motivate the shift team to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain store standards.
• Ensure store safety, cash handling and compliance with policies during all shifts.
