Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will guide team members, coach staff, and maintain quality beverages and food while upholding store standards.

You will manage a fast-paced shift, mentor partners, and support a positive guest experience through effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized as requested.
• Delegate tasks to two or more employees and coordinate their work.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodations.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and provide quality beverages and food to customers.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of team members to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold store safety, security and cleanliness standards.
• Deliver courteous customer service and resolve issues promptly.
