Qualifications

• Attend and be punctual with consistency; flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Coach and prepare beverages/food to standard recipes.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the store a welcoming space for the community.
• Ensure store policies and standards are followed during every shift.
• Oversee staff, delegate tasks, and coordinate customers' needs during peak times.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and uphold store safety and security.
