Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Ability to direct the work of others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members during shifts
• Ensure store policies, cash handling, safety and security are followed
