Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced coffeehouse with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. The role focuses on guiding a team to deliver high-quality beverages and food, while upholding store policies and safety standards.

You will develop coaching skills, manage tasks across a two-plus person crew, and contribute to a positive customer experience during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Attend work reliably and punctually, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Follow store policies; ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety.
• At least 6 months in a role with customer interactions.
• Prepare and coach beverages/food per standard recipes and customize as needed.
• At least 6 months experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating 2+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Ensure consistent beverage and food quality and service standards.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet store goals.
• Uphold store policies, safety, and security procedures.
