Qualifications

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customer specifications
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on shift and coach team members
• Direct the work of others and delegate tasks to 2+ employees
• Ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling, and store safety during shifts
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Create a welcoming, customer-focused environment for the community
