• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead coffeehouse operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community.
• Coach baristas and prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Direct and coordinate the tasks of two or more employees.
• Maintain cash handling, store safety, and security per policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
