Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations and create a welcoming space for the community. You will coach partners, oversee beverage and food preparation according to standard recipes, and ensure safety, policy compliance, and exceptional customer service.

This role emphasizes craft, heart, and collaborative teamwork. Ideal candidates bring 6 months of customer-facing experience, a track record of delegating tasks, and flexibility to work varied hours

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodations.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies, ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• 6 months’ experience in customer-facing role.
• 6 months’ experience delegating tasks to others.
