Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor who leads with craft and heart to create a welcoming community space. You will supervise beverage and food preparation, ensure quality, handle cash, and uphold safety standards while coaching team members.

You bring six months of customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to delegate tasks to two or more teammates. Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach team members to meet standards.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Maintain store policies and standards, including cash handling and food safety and security.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products while providing a welcoming, clean, and safe environment.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver great customer experiences.
