The role requires at least six months of customer interaction and experience in delegating tasks. Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, is essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Preparing and coaching food and beverage to standard recipes, including modifications for customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others to ensure smooth service during shifts.
• Coach and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Ensure quality, safety and store policies are followed during service.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate activities of 2+ staff.
