The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage shifts with a focus on consistency and guest experience across various hours.

Qualifications

• Attending consistently and punctually with/without accommodations
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays
• Follow store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security
• 6+ months in customer-facing role
• 6+ months delegating tasks to 2+ employees

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members and coordinate shift tasks
• Ensure quality beverage/food prep per standard recipes and customer customizations
• Maintain cash handling, safety and security protocols during the shift
• Foster a welcoming, collaborative store environment for customers and partners
