Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain store policies and standards, including cash handling and safety.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and assist with beverage/food preparation to standard recipes.
• Coach and supervise shift teammates to ensure friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and accurate cash handling during shifts.
