Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will lead a fast-paced café team with craft and heart to deliver standout beverages and food while creating a welcoming space for the community.

You will manage daily operations, train and delegate tasks to teammates, uphold quality and safety standards, and adapt to a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of frontline customer service experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality and follow store policies including cash handling and safety.
• Able to direct and coach a small team to meet goals.
