Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a coffeehouse team with craft and heart. You will ensure a welcoming space for customers and the community while maintaining quality beverages, safe operations, and strong teamwork.

You’ll coach partners, delegate tasks, and manage day-to-day store standards in a fast-paced environment, with flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Benefits support growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space for the community
• Supervise team members, delegate tasks, and coordinate shifts during busy periods
• Provide quality beverages and food products, uphold cash handling and store safety standards
