Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Maintain store policies including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety.
• 6+ months experience interacting with customers.
• 6+ months experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members during shifts.
• Coach and guide food/beverage preparation to standard recipes and customer requests.
• Ensure hospitality and a welcoming store environment for customers and community.
