Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food, cash handling and store safety.
• Six months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Direct daily station operations and uphold quality standards.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain store safety compliance.
• Collaborate with partners to meet store goals and customer needs.
