Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, making your coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community and brightening every shift. You will direct the work of others, coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, ensure quality beverages, cash handling, and store safety, and maintain attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more staff.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or with customer substitutions.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities
