Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the coffeehouse team, ensuring warm, welcoming service and high-quality beverages and foods. The role emphasizes craft, heart, and community engagement in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will coach beverage preparation, oversee daily operations, and ensure adherence to store policies, cash handling, and safety. A strong customer-service orientation and teamwork are essential while supporting store growth and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community
• Ensure quality beverages and food products meet standards and maintain store policies
• Coach and prepare beverages and food per standard recipes and customer requests
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work among staff
• Maintain cash handling, store safety and security policies
