The role emphasizes flexible hours, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to direct a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience.
• Prepare and coach beverages and food to standard recipes or customize as requested.
• Ensure cash handling, store safety and security per policies.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality and uphold store operating standards.
