Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others to ensure smooth shift operations
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes
• Maintain quality beverages and food products and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle cash and follow store policies to maintain safety and security
• Create a welcoming, organized, and team-oriented store environment
