Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the retail environment and store safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure quality beverages and food items are prepared to standard recipes or customized per customer requests.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of two or more employees and monitor workflow during shifts.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming store atmosphere.
