Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, coach a team, and ensure the preparation of high-quality beverages and foods. You will uphold store standards, cash handling, and safety while delivering warm, welcoming service to the community.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shift operations and supervise a team of partners.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products and handle cash and safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues as they arise.
• Lead with craft and heart to make the Starbucks store a welcoming space for the community.
