Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct work and train teammates.
• Flexibility to work mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Coach and coordinate the tasks of two or more teammates during shifts.
• Maintain quality, safety, and cash handling procedures.
