Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as shift supervisor, ensuring quality beverages and food.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, and follow store policies.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages and food per standard recipes or requested changes.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of two or more employees.
• Handle cash, ensure store safety and security.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
