Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You’ll guide team members, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold safety and cash-handling standards.

You’ll leverage your people skills to coach staff, maintain operations, and deliver a warm guest experience while growing in a supportive, benefits-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Attend consistently and be punctual, with or without accommodation
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Maintain store policies, quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety
• 6+ months in customer-facing role
• Prepare and coach beverage/food to standard recipes or customized
• 6+ months of delegating tasks to 2+ employees

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make Starbucks a welcoming space
• Direct and coach team to meet service standards and safety policies
• Ensure quality beverages and food, and handle cash with accuracy
• Support store operations and guest experience during shifts
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
