Qualifications

• Experience in a role requiring regular interaction with customers (6+ months).
• At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating 2+ employees.
• Ability to lead and coach a team and maintain service standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
