Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring our coffeehouse remains a welcoming space for the community. You will direct the work of team members, coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, and uphold store safety and cash handling processes.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a passion for customer service, with attendance and flexibility as core expectations. Benefits are available to partners and families.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more employees.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
