Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role with constant customer interaction.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating multiple employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Provide quality beverages and food products and ensure store safety and security.
• Manage cash handling and adherence to store policies as part of daily operations.
• Direct and coordinate the work of team members during shifts.
