Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, helping our coffeehouse be a welcoming space for the community.

In this role you will ensure quality beverages and food, coach team members, and deliver exceptional guest service while upholding store operations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, store safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• At least six months delegating tasks to others.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead coworkers to deliver fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Coach team on product quality and guest experience.
• Oversee store operations and safety compliance.
• Assist with scheduling and task delegation.
