Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in The Dalles, Oregon.

You will lead the Squad Crew to deliver pizzas and salads with a service mindset and personal touch, setting the example of what it means to serve and create a place where everyone can belong. You will oversee pizza production for a diverse team, coach supervisors to maintain high energy, and collaborate with the General Manager to engage the local restaurant community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership.
• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect.
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift.
• Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources.
• Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant.
