Job summary

MOD is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Ladue, MO to lead our Squad Crew in delivering pizzas and salads with personal, radical service. You’ll model MOD values, guide Shift Supervisors, and uphold high standards across service and operations.

With at least 1 year in customer service or leadership, you’ll coach frontline staff, stay composed during busy periods, and help create a welcoming environment where everyone belongs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership
• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift
• Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks
• Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources
• Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant
